Create a Bully-free/Healthy Workplace.                                                                                           A group Anne works with which helps organizations create healthy, thriving workplaces -- bully free workplaces.  The team's expertise and approach is threefold:

  • PREVENTING:  Teach organizations how to avoid hiring bullies in the first place.
  • RESPONDING:  Assist organizations in developing effective tools to deal with existing bullies. 
  • RECOVERING:  Help strengthen organizations as they recover and rebuild trust once the bully is gone.
