A short bio:
Anne Lightsey began her training career in 1984 when she lived overseas in Brazil, specializing in preparing exchange students for the changes they would encounter when they traveled abroad. It was then that she discovered that creating and delivering customized trainings are both a passion and gift.

In 1991, at the recommendation of a member of the International Olympic Committee, she became a Certified Mediator.  Since then she has mediated hundreds of cases and is a founding member of the mediation firm Alternatives: Dispute Resolution Services (www.alternativesdrs.com).  In addition to regularly mediating for the private sector, her clients include the New Mexico Children’s Court, New Mexico Adult Protective Services, New Mexico Medical Review Association, the City of Albuquerque Small Claims Court, City of Albuquerque Community and Employee Mediation Programs, and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors.

It was at a doctor's request, in 2002, that she began her career as a Professional Organizer.  The doctor was looking for a way to respond to her patients' needs to be more focused, less scattered – and thus have fewer accidents and missed appointments.  Since then, she has developed a national and international clientele.
