A short bio:
Anne Lightsey began her training career in 1984 when she lived overseas in Brazil, specializing in preparing exchange students for the changes they would encounter when they traveled abroad. It was then that she discovered that creating and delivering customized trainings are both a passion and gift.

1991 she became a certified mediator. In addition to mediating with Alternatives: Dispute Resolution Services (www.alternativesdrs.com) and the private sector, Anne is also a mediator for New Mexico Children’s Court, New Mexico Adult Protective Services, New Mexico Medical Review Association, the City of Albuquerque Small Claims Court, and is a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution and New Mexico Mediators Association.

It was at a doctor's request, as a way to respond to her patients' needs to be more focused, less scattered – and thus have fewer accidents and missed appointments, that Anne began her career as a Professional Organizer. Since then, she has developed a national and international clientele.
